We’ve just wrapped up an exceptional Kick-off event at Dussmann Polska Sp. z o.o. – a time to reflect 📈 and present our strategy for the months ahead.
These were intense but highly rewarding days, full of knowledge exchange and inspiring discussions. We talked about where we are heading as an organization, the challenges ahead, and how we can better support our clients and each other in our daily work.
The greatest value of this meeting was the people. It is thanks to them that we can achieve our goals and consistently raise the quality of our work. A particularly important moment of the Kick-off was the recognition segment 🏆, where directors had the opportunity to honor team members for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the organization’s growth.
