International Day of Persons with Disabilities in Dussmann

Every year on December 3, we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which aims to increase public awareness of the limitations faced by people with disabilities. It is an important celebration that aims to emphasize the importance of equality, acceptance and integration of people with disabilities in society. 

At Dussmann Polska, we not only respect the diversity of our team, but also engage in creating barrier-free environments and friendly workplaces for people with disabilities. We believe that every person has the right to decent treatment and an equal opportunity for professional development and joy. We are proud of our employees who contribute to the success of our company every day, regardless of whether they have a disability. Their unique perspectives and skills are an invaluable source of inspiration for all of us. 

On World Day of Persons with Disabilities, we encourage you all to reflect on how we can further support inclusion and equality in our workplaces and communities. By working together, we can create an open and fair society where every person has the opportunity to develop and achieve their dreams.

Together we can do more.
That is why we felt honored by the proposal of representatives of the Pruszków District and the Interschool Sports Center in Pruszków to support this unique event. December 1 in the MOS hall in Pruszków at ul. Gomuliński at 12:00-13:30 Pruszków County together with the Interschool Sports Center in Pruszków organized a Santa Claus Tournament for children as part of the World Day of Persons with Disabilities. 50 children from special schools in the Pruszków district took part.

The sports competitions gave us all joy, calories were burned, but there was no shortage of energy!
